1 day Coaching for Health

Want to work less hard and achieve more?

Giving advice is an integral part of working in healthcare settings. But we can all recall conversations which haven’t been as useful as you would have liked. And it can be immensely frustrating to find that your advice is having little impact on your clients/patients, and that patients return regularly with little or no change in their situation and health.

By learning how to incorporate a coaching style conversation into your consultations, you can improve outcomes for the patient. This can in turn bring about a reduction your stress and workload.

Coaching for Health has been adopted by NHSE as a powerful tool to support you in your daily practice. This popular course has been adapted for Zoom and is delivered over one days with two experienced facilitators. It is an interactive course, incorporating a variety of teaching techniques to support development of your knowledge and skills. .

No previous coaching experience is required. Multiprofessional applications welcomed.

Facilitated by Dr Naomi Craft and a CoachDoc Associate - experienced Executive Coaches with extensive training experience both within the NHS and other settings.
