Training in Coaching Skills


Ever thought you could be a Coach?
Want to incorporate Coaching into your working week?
Now’s your chance!

This popular course has been adapted for Zoom and is delivered over five half days with two experienced facilitators. It is an interactive course for a maximum of ten participants, incorporating a variety of teaching techniques to support development of your knowledge and skills. Competence in your new skills will be assessed as part of the final day.

Facilitated by Dr Sue Morrison and Dr Naomi Craft - both GPs by background, and experienced Executive Coaches, they have extensive training experience both within the NHS and other settings.


Dates:
Wednesday 25th November: 1:30pm - 4:30pm
Wednesday 2nd December: 1:30pm - 4:30pm
Tuesday 8th December: 9:30am - 12:30pm
Wednesday 9th December: 1:30pm - 4:30pm
Friday 11th December: 9:30am - 12:30pm

Timing: Zoom sessions will be 3 hours long, including a break every 1-2 hours

Requirements: A good, stable internet connection with webcam in an uninterrupted space.

Costs: £450pp in total for 5 half-day sessions
