Training

Our courses draw on a wide range of theoretical and practical resources and provide an experiential opportunity to learn coach approach skills applied to a variety of situations.

Through powerful questions and deep listening, we can create a safe space to explore and validate behaviours and move forward in a transformative way, teaching professional skills in coaching as a springboard to starting conversations both personally and in the workplace.

Courses run over 1-3 days, at a central London location or on zoom. We also run longer in-depth workshop series over 3 to 6 months. Courses tailored to meet specific requirements are available on request.
