Our Story

CoachDoc’s founders, Dr Naomi Craft and Dr Sue Morrison, are both experienced GPs and accredited Executive Coaches.

They are focused on providing an individualised, tailored service, putting the client's agenda at the centre of the conversation. They aim to facilitate change by enhancing the ablity to implement positive decisions.

“I believe that coaching helps us to more clearly focus on our choices and actions, so that we can use our emotional intelligence to enhance our life progression and the quality of our experience at home and at work”

I have an activist-pragmatist approach, a good sense of humour and an optimistic outlook.
