MRCGP, ILM Dip, DipCertEd

Naomi is an experienced executive, leadership and health coach, facilitator and supervisor, also working as an academic General Practitioner within the National Health Service.  Drawing on her background and training in management, appraisal, professional support and development, medicine, and work with international GPs, her empathic style and inclusive style is well suited to the support and encouragement required in a coaching and training context.  Conversations with clients from all backgrounds encompass wide-ranging areas including career and/or life transitions, future planning, relationship conflict, and dealing with loss. The aim is to help each individual or team to go from good to great and to identify and lessen the impact of barriers to progression.

Individual clients come from a range of backgrounds - both within and outside medicine. “I’m a non-judgemental listener, sensitive to the complexities of life's dilemmas and challenges. My own past personal experience of bereavement has deepened my understanding of change and loss, as well as the need to look for opportunity and possibilities in life.

Working collaboratively, I’m experienced at teasing out the drivers for change; my style is facilitative and reflective, supporting a process of change from good to great, as well as managing loss and disappointment.
